To uninstall Office for Mac 2011 move the applications to the Trash.Once you've removed everything, empty the Trash and restart your Mac to complete the process. Before you remove Office for Mac 2011, quit all Office applications and make sure there's nothing in Trash that you want to keep. Leave Office applications closed while you go through this process. - Ensure that your Autodiscover DNS record has been created with your domain registrar (DNS provider).
- Click Outlook from top left menu bar and choose Preferences.
- Click Accounts
- Click the + button in lower left and choose Exchange.
- Enter your email address
- Enter your email address
- Type in your password
- Check configure automatically
- Click Add Account when finished.
- Check Always use my response for this server and click Allow.
Office 365 Mac 2011 Product
Your account has now been added. You can close this screen and your email data/folders will begin to download. This process can take several minutes depending on how much email data you have on the server.
