Here is a guide on how to fix the WebEx screen sharing issues. Problem Joining the WebEx Session. This happens if you do not have a reliable internet connection. In this case,the browser will hang when you want to set up WebEx window. To fix this issue,you should ensure that your computer meets the system requirements of the WebEx software. 1) From the customer view in go to the Devices page from the left sidebar. 2) Select Settings in the top right corner and navigate to WebRTC Support. Toggle on Enable Microsoft Teams WebRTC Calling.Note: If your device is linked to Webex Edge for Devices, you need the CE9.14.3 software version. If you collapse it, then the left nav stays collapsed. When you click on the hamburger to access it the left nav comes up as an overlay and will dismiss when you make a choice or click away. Plan is that this will be remembered per site. For example you can keep it open on SO.com, but keep it collapsed on other sites.

- Whether you are using the desktop app or the Webex web app to join meetings from the browser, Webex needs access to the camera to display your video. No access, no video – simple as that. Go to the Windows settings from either the Start menu or by using the ‘Windows logo key + i’ keyboard shortcut.

Microsoft Teams user can't make outbound calls because the dial pad in the Calls screen in Teams is missing.
Cause
Here are the four possible causes of this issue:

- The user hasn't assigned a Teams license.
- The user hasn't assigned a Calling Plan.
- The user hasn't enabled Enterprise Voice.
- The OnlineVoiceRoutingPolicy value isn't set correctly for the user.
Resolution
Make sure the user has been assigned a Teams license.
Make sure the user has been assigned a Calling Plan.
Enable the user for Enterprise Voice.
Teams administrators should remove the user's OnlineVoiceRoutingPolicy value and set the correct value for the policy as shown in this example:
These actions force an update of the policy in the back-end environment of Teams. After this change is made, the user should see the dial pad appear under Calls within four hours.
